    The question is if there is a lalloca.h on any system. I don't think
    so (at least not on Linux, AIX, Irix and Solaris). On the other hand
    lalloca.h isn't installed by SANE anyway so there shouldn't be a
    problem. So "../include/lalloca.h" is ok for consistency and to make
    it clear for the reader that this is a local header.
