Hi Mario, hi everyone.
No contest for me. I had had nightmares with slow parallel scanners and
swiched to SCSI recently. I have a UMAX Astra 2200 which is SCSI and USB
compatible. Under Linux it is fast under a cheap Adaptec 2904 (yes, two
nine zero four) card.
