Hmm, no visible sign of life detected when I connect the SCSI cable.
The scanner simply don't start, even the short selftest is missing.
even the scsi cards busscan don't detect anything, not even the
CDwriter on the bus, I wonder if there is anything wrong with my
scsi cable from the computer and up.
(If I unplug the scsi cable at the computer end, the selftest works)
back on USB everything works OK again...
