Hiya John,

I'm not sure how many of those cables exist, your best bet would probably be
either RS Components (the UK site is http://rswww.com) or Blackbox (http://www.blackbox.co.uk/).

Your best bet may be to call the Blackbox tech support line. They've always been
pretty good when I've called, and I know that they can make up custom cables
to your (or their specifications) if such a thing doesn't exist off the shelf.
