Pb with my Coolscan II (Nikon)

I've a problem with my coolscan II. I've succeded in using Sane
to scan some of my pictures but that's not the case. I really don't
understand why (I've the last version of sane and the backend for
the coolscan is installed).

It's really horrible : the lines was not there some days before :/
