Mustek's DTCT-436E doesn't run under Linux

I don't know, what's wrong, but I cannot get the DTCT-436E-SCSI-
Hostadapter, that is supplied with Mustek's MFS-1200SP, running
under linux. I've installed the mustek-scsi-0.2.patch, tried to run it as module, tried to run it as
kernel-include - NOTHING works.

It just tell me "0 scsi hosts found" or "Device or resource busy".

I've got Linux Kernel 2.0.27.
