    Hi,
you can downloaded the new version from SF:

    Project page: http://sourceforge.net/projects/quiteinsane
    Download: http://download.sourceforge.net/quiteinsane-0.1-alpha-2.tar.gz

    The good news
    *************
1.QuiteInsane now supports Drag and Drop. For example, it's possible
to drag one or more image(s) to the GIMP.
Drag and Drop works from the main window, the image viewer and from the
    "multi scan window".

2.Non blocking IO mode should work now.

    3.New "Drag and drop" mode:
The image is saved in a temporary file; you can copy it to other applications
by simply dragging a small pixmap in the main window.

    4.Many bugfixes, like
    -pnm save bug
-printing bug, which slowed down printing
    -...

    The bad news
    ************
Qt-2.2.4 introduced an ugly printing bug; if you're using this version,
please take a look at the "patches" directory and read the "README" file.

Please send bug reports to my private address, *not* to sane-devel.

    Thanks
    Michael
