No. We are talking about color lineart/halftone. 1 bit per color --> three
bit per pixel.

With 1-bit color I mean: Color mode (RGB) but only one bit per color not 8
or 16 as usual. Nobody wants to remove the "normal" (black/white) lineart
modes.
