    Could you do some tests for me? Change in the function set_invert_1015
    at line 1337

            if (dev->CCD.invert == SANE_TRUE)

    to

            if (dev->CCD.invert == SANE_FALSE)

    Maybe then the colors and/or grayscale scans are right.
