I suggest dropping the DEVEL_1_9 CVS branch, and continue development
in the head branch. Having to merge the devel branch into the head
branch is a pain - and it does not give us anything.

I suggest everyone update to head, and continue from there:

cvs update -dA

I'm wrapping up the distribution at the moment. Please do not check
anything until I announce a new distribution. :-)
