    Hi,

I have got the Acer Prisa 620ST and tried to get it working with sane.
The ACARD card shipped with the scanner seems to be OK as
    /proc/scsi/scsi contains

    Attached devices:
    Host: scsi0 Channel: 00 Id: 02 Lun: 00
Vendor: Color Model: FlatbedScanner_9 Rev: 0117
Type: Scanner ANSI SCSI revision: 02

sane-1.0.2 compiles without problems on Linux-2.2.15 with sg-2.1.37.
    scanimage -L gives

device `snapscan:/dev/sga' is a Color FlatbedScanner_9 flatbed scanner
    device `snapscan:/dev/scanner' is a Color FlatbedScanner_9 flatbed
    scanner

But scanimage -T or with any option other than -V or -L aborts with
    `Floating point exception'.

Does anybody have an idea what the reason could be? There is some
mention of floating point errors in the history section of snapscan.c.

    Thanks in advance,
    Raimar
