Version 0.4.3 of coolscan backend

I just uploaded a patch for sane-1.0.2 that upgrades
the coolscan backend to version 0.4.3.

The new features are:

- Exposure time can be modified
- A prescan button
- byteorder is take into account for LUT (should work on big-endians
now)

The version can be found on

The dustremoval code - which needs modifications to sane.h -
has been disabled for now.
I'll put it back in later.
