I fought with something similair for a very long time, and it turned
out to be a hardware conflict between two pci cards. Do you have any
other devies attached to this card, and can you access them... My
problem was I had a BT-950 and a BT-930 on the same PCI bus, and it
would never work to access the BT-930, I switched the BT-930 for a
Adaptec 2940 and all works great, the two BT's did not report a
conflict, but in later test I have never gotten two BT's to work in
the same machine. Just evidence that hardware conflicts can be weird.
