Okay, took me some days to have some time for trying it out. I removed
everything related to sane from my system (in /usr/local/lib/,
../etc/, ../bin etc.). I unpacked sane-1.0.2, did a ( ./configure ;
make ; su -c "make install ) and edited /usr/local/etc/dll.conf, so
that it just contains "microtek".

Huh?

Me neither - but it does.
