Got it!
I'm so stupid!
:-(

No- it is the right device- I have plenty of SCSI- Devices in my system.
But- now the next problem:
gimp used with xscanimage
Created a link:
ln -s /usr/local/bin/xscanimage
/usr/local/lib/gimp/1.0/plug-ins/xscanimage
gimp started, Menu "Xtns"-"Acquire Image"-"hp:dev-scanner"
results ins:
** ERROR (recursed) **: could not find handler for message: 36
aborting...
gimp terminated: sigpipe caught
wire_read: unexpected EOF (plug-in crashed?)
Did I forgot the gimp-support in sane? How can I enable it?
