    I haven't tried until now. I wasn't sure if AUTHORS is current and haven't
    heard much from both. I have emailed Andreas Czechanowski now (because I
    think he did the Part of the 600 II N) and sent him a patch.

    I will post the patch for the Mustek backend (and some documentation) if
    Andreas doesn't have time to put it into CVS. I have asked Oliver Rauch some
    questions about my frontend problems which are the same in xsane and
    xscanimage. If he thinks I am right should I send patches to the Maintainers
    of xscanimage or post them on the list?

    OK, I added a description for the 600 II N and sent it together with the
    rest of the backend stuff to Andreas Czechanowski.
