Yes, true. But taking in consideration all these facts, it is still very slow,
not only the first time. I see, with other scanners, you dont have the problem
so much. I think, its the time, until the scanner is in position (the time
increases, when you set a scan-position far away from the start-position of
the scanner-'head' (sorry, difficult in english ;)

Ok, its the fault of the scanner. Probably its not so bad with other scanners.
What do other Mustek 12000 - users think ?
