Hi,

I have a Mustek SE12000SP scanner hooked to my old sparcstation 2. It
used to work well with sane 1.0.1 under Linux, but I had other
problems which made me remove Linux and install OpenBSD 2.5.

I have installed sane 1.0.1, but it won't work. The scanner is
detected during boot, but scanimage returns an error :

chance# whoami
root
chance# dmesg | grep ss0
ss0 at scsibus0 targ 6 lun 0: <SCANNER, , 2.02> SCSI1 6/scanner fixed
ss0: generic scanner
chance# ls -l /dev/ss0
crw-r----- 1 root operator 121, 0 Mar 25 1970 /dev/ss0
chance# scanimage -v -L
chance# scanimage -T -v -d /dev/ss0
scanimage: open of device /dev/ss0 failed: Invalid argument
chance#
