Mea culpa. I got the patches just before I moved back to Canada and forgot
about them. Sorry about that; I'll assemble them this evening.
I have good news about the SnapScan backend. I spent the last few days
revising the backend and I'm happy to report that it works with
scanimage -T now. The code is cleaner and better organized and some
long-standing bugs should soon be dead. This kicks off the first
in a series of long-planned improvements.
Unfortunately, I also have bad news. Late this afternoon there was
some kind of power abberation in my building and whatever it was hosed
part of my filesystem. Naturally, in my haste I hadn't backed up the
revised backend and I lost a few days' work. It's going to make me a
few more days to get things back to the state they were in this
afternoon.
