It is available from The Hungry Programmers. There is one anonymous
CVS server, and another CVS development server. The second is
mirrored once pr hour to the first. David Mosberger-Tang has write
access to the last.

To check out from the anonymous CVS server, use the following:

cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs@anoncvs.hungry.com:/cvsroot login
[password "anoncvs"]
cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs@anoncvs.hungry.com:/cvsroot co sane
