To UMAX Astra 6X0S and UMAX High End scanner users

I uploaded a new umax backend (build 5) to my homepage.

For Astra 6X0S the problem with too short color images
should be solved (at least in most cases).

I added support for double optical resolution mode (DOR)
for high end scanners that have a second lens.
This mode is not tested so please - if there is anyone
who uses such a scanner under unix - make
sure you can turn off the scanner quick if something goes
wrong!
