To enable the Domex DTC3181E SCSI card (with the DTCT-436P chip on it)
you can use the generic NCR5380 module in the kernel.
To active it use the kernel option (<port> was 0x2c0 for me).
dtc3181e=<port>,0
and - unlike windows - don't forget to turn the scanner on when
booting up linux.
