I was just having a look at the supported OS/platforms for SANE, and noticed
that Dynamic loading was not supported under AIX.
This is probably because AIX does not provide dlfcn.h support natively.
(I ran into this same problem porting libggi to AIX)
I did however find a free dlfcn library for AIX 3 and 4, which might be
of interest to the folks developing SANE on AIX.
It can be found at ftp://anubis.han.de/pub/aix/dlfcn.shar if anyone is
interested.
