new ftp server up!

Thanks to the generosity of Erik Troan of Red Hat, SANE now has a new
ftp site. Once all DNS servers are up-to-date, you can access the new
site through:

ftp://ftp.mostang.com/pub/sane/

(as before). Until DNS is consistent again, you may have to use:

ftp://199.183.24.232/pub/sane

instead.
