Searching for Paragon ROM!!

Hello!!
Because of the problems using my Paragon-600IICD with sane
I would like to try a different ROM version of the scanner
software. Can somebody email the contents of his ROM/EPROM?
I'm especially interested in the ROM of a 600-IISP.
