OpticPro 4800 users

I am pleased to announce that as of yesterday, Plustek decided to send
several developers in the linux community the source code for the
OpticPro 4800 NT driver in leiu of documentation on the scanner. As a
result I am beginning the preliminary steps to develop a scanner backend
for the SANE project in the hopes that it will be useful. Currently
things are not even underway, but hopefully I will have some kind of
prototype/alpha code by the end of the year (I certianly hope that it
will be before then, but I like to pad my estimates so I don't look too
stupid).

anti_plustek.html, from when plustek was not being very cooperative
about releasing documentation). The page is very empty right now as
there has not been much progress with the driver. We'll see what we can
do about that.
