You'll certainly have to change the Mustek backend to recognize the
SCSI product id of your scanner (search for MFC-06000CZ in
backend/mustek.c and you'll see what I mean). The bigger problem is
that I have no documentation on a 36 bit scan mode for Mustek
scanners. So whether things will work at all or how easy they are to
fix really depends on what Mustek did with their firmware. You might
have to play around a bit to find out what's going on. But be sure to
read the file "PROBLEMS" before toying around---Mustek scanners can be
destroyed easily when giving bad commands.
