    Hi Henning,

    I think it does make a lot of sense to at least mention
    name and email address in the log entry. This way it is
    not necessary to to get files from cvs to find out who
    did this change.

    May be it is not needed to add the complete changelog entry,
    although for the mails I think it is interesting.
