Thanks for the input. Your suggestions worked perfectly allowing for my local
configuration. For anyone else that may have the same problem, I am including
my modules.conf file below.
options ide-cd ignore=hdd
alias scsi_hostadapter aha152x
pre-install ide-scsi modprobe scsi_hostadapter
pre-install sg modprobe ide-scsi
alias block-major-11 ide-scsi
options scsi_hostadapter aha152x=0x140,9,1
