    Thanks! I finally got the SCSI card to work with the module parameters found in
    the table from above URL. /proc/scsi/scsi and find-scanner both give me a nice
    scanner.

    Scanning is horribly slow, though. Can this be helped? (It's not very useful
    like this; I'd have to wait at least 5-10 minutes for a scan at 75dpi!) It
    scans a little, then pauses a long time and scans a little more. I'm not sure
    if it's backtracking. The SCSI buffersize in /usr/include/scsi/sg.h is set to
    maximum (130560 bytes).
