Looking for xsane mirror

I am looking for a ftp mirror for xsane sourcecode.

I have about 1000 pagehits a week and I may get
in trouble with my provider if the download traffic
increases in the future.

It is not necessary to mirror the html pages in the moment.

So I would like to add some download links to ftp sites
all in the world. It would be good if I have permissions
to upload direct to the destination place
(not to incoming) - or if someone mirrors new packages
within one day.

Please answer directly do me!
