And to add to the list, I have several scanners that simultaneously
create color and binary images, front and back, of the same page.
One scanner even has selectable color/gray/binary windows on each
side. 8 of each, front and back.
That is a maximum of 48 images per page. (You can have more if you
ask me, because I can change a compile time constant on the firmware.)
And of course each image can have different formats: jpeg, TIFF/G4, etc.
