Dear listmembers,
maybe I am wrong, but I found entries like
"device"
(nil)
in xsanerc, xscanimagerc ....
to an old (but poor) C-programmer this sounds like writing the result of a not
apropriately filled up character-pointer into the file. Does anybody out there
know why this happens and what it is good for?
Many thanks in advance,

Dieter Jurzitza

P.S. the sane package seems to work anyway!
