New umax backend available: Astra 2400S and Mirage D-16L supported

sane-umax-1.0.1-build-7 is available.

News:

- Mirage D-16L is supported
- Astra 2400S should work stable now
- Double optical resolution mode is supported

To support this I had to change some things in the umax backend.
Please mail me if the other scanners still work ?

UMAX Germany gave me a Astra 2400S and a Mirage D-16L
to test them with the sane-umax backend!
They really do support me as good as they can!
