Microtek X6 and TMA

I have uploaded a test version of the microtek2 backend to

ftp://ftp.muc.de/people/bernds/mtek2/microtek2-test.tar.gz .

This version simply ignores the attributes for the data format
that are provided by the device, when a TMA is used.

Can someone with an X6 or similar device try this and tell me,
if the TMA works better with this version ?

Users, who donīt have the above mentioned combination should not
download this file.
