xsane-0.23 is available.

I removed some bugs.
After I realized that the fax mode was not selectable in xsane-0.22 I activated
this
in xsane-0.23 -- why didn't anyone complain about that ? --

The online help viewer is now selectable. If you are using kde, you can enter
kdehelp
there (setup/display).

Please tell about the fax-mode!
If someone finds out, if/how it is possible to send normal-mode and fine-mode
pages
in one fax (and the normal-mode pages are really sent in normal mode!!!)
then please inform me!

Lot's of reports welcome. There has changed a lot since version 0.21 and I did
not
get any feedback from xsane-0.22, so please also say if everything is fine!
