Blast Mustek?

Oops... My scanner is a parallel port one, but does not work either.
Windows NT and 3.11 complain about unknown errors, Windows 95 does work
only sometimes. (3.11- Error: Scanner not ready fo unknown reasons <OK>
<The same in amnother language> <Check TWAIN Installation <OK>>
... Most times at least two of this messages will be seen.
Mustek will not answer any mails.
What can I do?
