I can put a mirror on ftp.informatik.uni-oldenburg.de (Germany). We also
run a mail frontend for this site, so people unable to use FTP can get the
files by e-mail. (ftpmail@informatik.uni-oldenburg.de, send mail with "help"
as the subject for instructions).
