Update of microtek2 backend available

I have uploaded a new version of the microtek2 backend to

ftp://ftp.muc.de/people/bernds/mtek2/microtek2-pre0.6.310399.tar.gz .

- This version should fix the problem with wrong colors for models
with FW-version 1.10.

- The backend automatically reduces the color depth to 8 bit per color
during a preview scan. Thus the message that xsane can't handle previews
with 16 Bit is avoided.
