uc1260 scanner

Aloha,
this is my 1st message to the list, I'd like to notify that umax's
uc1260 works using the latest umax backend, but has presented problems
when trying to scan twice in a short space of time. If this happens, the
scanner turns off and on quickly, but does not reset, it just hangs.
