ls -l /dev/sg0 says:
mic:/home/mic # ls -l /dev/sg0
crw-rw---- 1 root users 21, 0 Jul 26 21:45 /dev/sg0
should work that way, shouldn't it ?
i tried scanning as user as well as
as root ... relult is the same:
doing 'scanimage -L' nothing at all happens, i.e. the program starts
but no action - not even an error-message - takes place)
in addition to:
>my scanner (Mustek 6000SP) used to work well under
>linux (2.0.35, SUSE) with a AHA1492-SCSI-adapter
>and the sane-mustek backend.
