The Acer Prism 310S is nearly identical with the AGFA Snapscan 310S
(both are also available as 310p -> parallel-port-version).
The differences are a slightly other case. The Agfa has an inbuild PSU
while the Acer has an external PSU. But unfortunately the are not entirely
compatible. You can use the Snapscan-Frontend, but it works only for
very small pictures. I'm absolutely sure: If you could exchange the
Eprom / Rom they would work identical. Unfortunately Kevin has at
the moment no time to look for complete compatibilty and I'm not that
good in codeing. But might be you can give it a try.
I'm sure, little changes would do it.

Regards
Wolfgang
