Well, you're right. But the problem is rather simple:
The SE models don't like resolutions below 60dpi.
The point is, if you don't specify any resolution at
all, the backend reverts to its default which is 18dpi.

I don't know why David changed the default from 100
to 18, maybe just for uniformity. Use '--resolution'.
