Just a short note (after seeing the v1.0 notice, wish I'd discovered this
a week ago and got it in!) to let on that the UMAX drivers also support
the Nikon AX-210. The AX-210 is simply a rebadged UMAX Vista.

Oliver has the updated umax-scanner.h which has the Nikon model appended
to the list of scanners.

Thanks to Oliver and the rest of the SANE team!
