I would like to ask if there is any particularly reason that SANE is
going to jump versions all the way to 1.0. I have probably missed the
discussion in the list since I was out for 2 or 3 weeks. I searched a
little in the www-mail archive but I didn't find anything. If someone
would be so kind to enlighten me about the motivations of this move, or
maybe post the relative link, I would mostly appreciated it.
[IMHO] I am not convinced that it is a very good idea to jump into
version 1.0. However I certainly don't want to repeat things especially
if this subject has be beaten to death.
