i just bought a Casio QV-300 camera.
it is a digital photo camera 640x480 pixels. 4 MB flash eeprom.
see "http://www.casio.com/cgi/index.cgi?cat=digital_cam&ser=none"
i did not find any drivers for the Linux system. If i can get the
programming instructions i might write one, otherwise i will return the
camera, since i cannot use it.
i could also play "spy" and listen what a windows computer talks to
the camera, but i have no windows, so this is not possible.
i'd like to write a SANE driver.
now the question is, what is casio's opinion about this ?
are there already any answers about this ???
i am not very good at english, but i will still write them an email,
since i ___have to return the camera in 3 days if i do not want it___
this would be very sad, since the camera is my birthday present for
20th birthday :-)
i am not subscribed to the SANE-devel mailinglist, please reply to me
personally and QUICK.
byebye & thanks
Erik
