My Tamarack has two Centronix connectors.

My standard supply shop has any conversion cable you might need. I
currently own enough cables to connect anything that I might run into.
I don't mind having different connectors around. In my line of work, I
need to keep the complete set of conversion cables around, in your
case I'd just buy the right conversion cable.
