Preview Window problems

I'm having trouble getting the "Preview Window" button to work on my
SGI. Whenever I click on the button the plug-in dies and I get the
following error messages on the console:

** ERROR **: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)

** ERROR **: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter)

I *think* I have all the current patches to GTK added to the GIMP
0.99.10 distribution, but may others have experienced similar problems?

SGI IRIX 6.3 (O2), GIMP 0.99.10, SANE 0.62...
