Just a little note on sane-0.6:
The MUSTEK MFS 6000CX has ID MFS-06000CX (instead of 06000CZ) and is a
3-pass scanner. I found this in ./doc/sane-mustek.man .

BTW I have little problems compiling sane or the gtk. I think this is due to
a broken libc that I updated recently to libc6.
