The location of the sane tar balls changed to:

ftp://ftp.azstarnet.com/pub/linux/axp/sane/

You can also get a preview of the SANE home page at:

http://www.azstarnet.com/~axplinux/sane/

It's no frills (as usual for all my web pages...), but the PS and html
version of the latest documentation are available.
